We are looking for an experienced eStore Service Manager to lead the operations, support, and service delivery of our enterprise SAP Hybris eCommerce platform. Experience: 10+ Years Overall (7+ Years in SAP Hybris/eCommerce). Work Mode: Work From Office / Hybrid. Role Overview: As an eStore Service Manager, you will lead regional L2/L3 support teams, oversee SAP Hybris platform operations, manage service delivery, coordinate enhancements, and act as the primary technical contact for business stakeholders across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: – Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Hybris support services – Lead L2/L3 operations and manage regional eStore support teams – Provide technical consultation and guidance on SAP Hybris platform – Gather and analyze business requirements for maintenance and enhancements – Coordinate with development and maintenance teams for bug fixes and enhancements – Prioritize incidents, service requests, and change requests – Manage resource allocation, workload planning, and delivery schedules – Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery – Prepare delivery reports and stakeholder communication – Support global teams across different time zones – Mentor team members and drive continuous learning and development – Stay updated with the latest SAP Hybris technologies and industry best practices. Mandatory Skills: – 10+ years of IT Operations/Service Management experience – 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) – Strong experience managing eCommerce operations and support – Experience with B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms – Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools – Strong understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, SLA Management, and Service Delivery – Experience in Stakeholder Management, Resource Planning, Team Leadership, and Client Communication. Preferred Skills: – Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud implementations – ITIL Foundation Certification – Experience working in global support environments – Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
