Role & Company / Project Overview: Senior System Engineer position in the IT industry to manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, Windows servers, cloud environments, and enterprise systems. The role ensures system availability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and enterprise systems - Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and access policies - Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server environments - Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement effective troubleshooting solutions - Manage cloud server infrastructure and support cloud-based environments - Ensure system availability, security, reliability, and optimal performance - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and server-related issues - Handle system configuration, patch management, upgrades, and routine maintenance - Support IT infrastructure operations and ensure compliance with defined SLAs and SOPs - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues - Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and system configurations - Provide technical support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5–8 years of relevant experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure - Active Directory administration and troubleshooting - Windows Server installation, configuration, and management - Strong system troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Cloud server administration and infrastructure management - System engineering and IT infrastructure support - Knowledge of server monitoring, patching, and system maintenance - Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills - Educational Qualifications: B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline; BCA or MCA candidates are also eligible - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India - Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week) Compensation & Benefits: - CTC Budget: 1,200,000 - 1,400,000 INR per annum (12–14 LPA) Application Instructions: - Interview Process: Round 1 – Technical Interview, Round 2 – Technical Interview, Techno-Management Round – Face-to-Face (F2F), HR Interview - Submit application via email with Subject Line: Application – Senior System Engineer – Gurgaon/Bangalore, mentioning total experience, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and preferred location
