Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Backup Engineer (L2) to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise backup and recovery environments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide Level 2 support for enterprise backup infrastructure and operations. • Monitor, manage, and perform regular backup and restore tasks. • Troubleshoot and resolve backup failures, performance bottlenecks, and associated technical issues. • Coordinate with teams for maintenance, patching, and routine administration of backup systems. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise backup management. • Key Technical Skills: Commvault, Cohesity, Veeam. • Educational Eligibility: B.E. / B.Tech or MCA degree. • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Work Mode: Onsite.
