Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a skilled and certified Backup SME (L3) to lead and support enterprise backup architecture and infrastructure operations in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve as the Level 3 Subject Matter Expert for backup, restoration, and disaster recovery solutions. • Handle escalations, deep-dive root cause analysis, and complex troubleshooting across backup platforms. • Manage, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade backup software and storage environments. • Ensure adherence to backup policies, SLAs, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in enterprise backup environments. • Key Technical Skills: Commvault, Cohesity, Veeam. • Certification: Relevant certification is mandatory. • Educational Eligibility: B.E. / B.Tech or MCA degree. • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. • Work Mode: Onsite.
