• Role & Company / Project Overview: Outpace Consulting is conducting a Mega Hiring Drive for experienced customer support professionals for its US Social Media Blended Process. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage customer interactions across US-based social media platforms alongside blended voice/non-voice channels. - Address public and private inquiries, brand concerns, and feedback with high professional empathy. - Adhere strictly to client SLAs, quality metrics, and compliance guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: Minimum 1+ year of International Voice experience. - Good to excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer service attitude and aptitude for managing social media communications. - Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts aligned with international/US time zones. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Shift Type: Rotational shifts. - Job Location: Gurgaon / Noida. - Walk-in Interview Venue: Outpace Consulting, C-29, Sector 2, Noida (Near Hotel Nirulas, Noida Sector 15 Metro – Gate No. 3). - Walk-in Interview Timing: 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM. • Compensation & Benefits: - CTC: Up to ₹4,40,000 per annum (₹4.40 LPA). - Cab facility available for eligible processes. • Application Instructions: - Walk in with an updated resume and Aadhaar card, or send resume via WhatsApp.
