We are hiring for a Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice Process) with a leading MNC in Gurgaon. Eligibility: Graduate / UG Fresher. Salary: ₹18 to 19k In Hand + Incentives. Process: Non-Voice (Chat Support). Perks: Both Side Cab / Travel Allowance. Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7). Working Days: 5 Days Working. Location: Gurgaon. Only Delhi and Gurgaon location candidate should apply. We don't consider relocation. B.Tech freshers NOT eligible. If pursuing studies, NOC is required. Role Highlights: Handle customer queries via chat, provide quick and accurate resolutions, maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
