We are hiring for the Fenwick Chat CL 12 US Telecom Process in Gurgaon. This is a premium non-voice workflow involving upselling via chat. Candidates must have excellent written communication skills and should be undergraduates or graduates. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Compensation includes an in-hand salary of ₹20,024 per month, monthly incentives of ₹3,500, and an annual package of 3.4 LPA. The role is work-from-office in Gurgaon with 5 working days and 24/7 rotational shifts, largely night shifts. Both-sides cab facility is provided. Assessment requires a Non-Voice Versant score of 61-62. B.Tech candidates are not eligible.
