• Role & Company / Project Overview AirBrick Infra is hiring a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for commercial design and build projects in Gurgaon. AirBrick Infra is an AI-powered commercial design and build company headquartered in Gurgaon, delivering tech-enabled workspaces across 65+ cities for Fortune 500 clients and leading managed office operators. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from architectural, MEP, and interior drawings. - Build detailed rate analysis for civil, interior, MEP, and specialist packages. - Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents. - Evaluate vendor quotations and run comparative statements. - Track variations, certify contractor bills, and manage final reconciliations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7–10 years of experience in quantity surveying and quantity assessment. - Strong command of quantification and rate analysis for commercial interiors and fit-outs. - Hands-on experience in the commercial design and build industry. - Sound knowledge of materials, market rates, and technical specifications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. - Work setup: Onsite / Office. • Compensation & Benefits - Pan-India project exposure. - Opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients and managed office operators. - Triple ISO-certified process and technology-driven ways of working. • Application Instructions - Send your CV via email with the subject line 'Application – Quantity Surveyor'.
