• Role & Company / Project Overview AirBrick Infra is hiring a Draughtsman for commercial design and build projects in Gurgaon. AirBrick Infra is an AI-powered commercial design and build company headquartered in Gurgaon, delivering tech-enabled workspaces across 65+ cities for Fortune 500 clients and leading managed office operators. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare detailed layouts, working drawings, and shop drawings for commercial interior projects. - Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings for civil, interior, furniture, and MEP coordination. - Revise drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and design changes. - Prepare as-built drawings at project close-out. - Coordinate closely with design, QS, and site teams to ensure drawings are buildable and measurable. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3-4 years of experience as a draughtsman in commercial interiors or fit-outs. - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus. - Good understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods. - Ability to work to tight timelines across multiple projects. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India. - Work setup: Onsite / Office. • Compensation & Benefits - Pan-India project exposure. - Opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients and managed office operators. - Triple ISO-certified process and technology-driven ways of working. • Application Instructions - Send your CV via email with the subject line 'Application – Draughtsman'.
