• Role & Company / Project Overview Padam Interiors is hiring an MEP – QS to be part of high-impact commercial interior fit-out projects shaping modern workspaces. The selected candidate will contribute to the successful delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee MEP quantity surveying and commercial management - Handle BOQ preparation and quantity take-off - Conduct MEP estimation and cost planning - Perform rate analysis, rate benchmarking, and rate comparison - Manage commercial negotiations and subcontractor billing - Execute measurement, billing, and cost control across interior fit-out projects • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3+ years of relevant experience - Strong expertise across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems - Proven background in MEP quantity surveying, estimation, commercial management, and subcontractor billing - Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India • Application Instructions - Interested candidates matching the qualifications can submit their updated resume directly to the recruitment team
