Role & Company / Project Overview: PERPL (Your Engineering Resource Partner) is seeking an experienced MEP Project Management Professional for commercial office space fit-out projects across South India. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise and direct mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities across project sites. • Execute client-side project management and consultant coordination. • Manage PMC and construction management tasks to meet quality, budget, and milestone requirements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Total Experience: 15+ years in Construction Management / PMC. • Required Expertise: Demonstrable experience handling corporate offices, IT parks, commercial buildings, high-end interior fit-out projects, client-side project management, and consultant coordination. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Anywhere in South India. • Work arrangement: Onsite project location. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
