Role & Company / Project Overview: PERPL (Your Engineering Resource Partner) is hiring experienced C&I and MEP Project Management Professionals for commercial office space fit-out projects located across South India. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee and manage civil and interior fit-out operations for commercial office spaces. • Execute project management consultancy (PMC) and construction management responsibilities on-site. • Coordinate with various project stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and quality execution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. • Total Experience: 12 to 18 years of experience in PMC / Construction Management. • Preferred Expertise: Comprehensive background in corporate office interiors, commercial projects, and large-scale fit-out works. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Anywhere in South India. • Work arrangement: Onsite project location. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: ₹12–15 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
