Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for the position of Project Engineer / Site Engineer with 10 openings available. The role involves managing and supervising construction activities for commercial, retail, showroom, or high-rise building projects with relevant and well-known brands. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site execution activities. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. • Review construction drawings and specifications, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards. • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. • Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and material resources efficiently. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations. • Identify site issues proactively and implement effective corrective measures. • Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work progress. • Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management. • Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and work permits. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering. • Total Experience: 6 to 10 years (with 8 to 12 years of experience in site execution of commercial, retail, showroom, or high-rise building projects, including experience with relevant/well-known brands). • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices. • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within stipulated timelines. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kochi, Kerala, India. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: ₹7 LPA to ₹12 LPA (7,00,000 to 12,00,000 INR per annum).
