Insync Hospitality, a hotel development advisory and operating firm based in Gurgaon, is hiring a first dedicated Business Development hire to lead the BD function. This role involves building and managing a channel partner network including architects, CAs, real estate brokers, and property lawyers across North and Central India. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying development-stage opportunities for Insync's full suite of services, supporting relationships with international hotel brands across midscale and upper-midscale segments, and managing the pipeline from first conversation through to mandate signing, working directly with the Managing Partner. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years in hotel development, hospitality BD, or real estate with exposure to mid-scale or branded hotel projects, and has built their own channel partner or broker network. Compensation is commensurate with experience with a meaningful variable tied to mandates closed.
