We are looking for highly skilled AI Engineers to build next-generation AI-native, multilingual communication platforms. Mandatory Skills & Experience: 7–13 Years of Total Experience, Minimum 4 Years of Hands-on AI Experience, Strong experience with LLMs, NLP, RAG, and Prompt Engineering, Voice Bot Development Experience (Mandatory), Hands-on experience with LangChain, Whisper, HuggingFace, GPT/OpenAI Integrations, Strong Python Programming & FastAPI, Experience building Production-Grade AI Applications (Not just POCs), Experience with Sentiment Analysis, Summarization, Emotion Detection & AI Agent Assist Systems, Strong understanding of STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech), Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka and/or RabbitMQ, Hands-on deployment experience using Docker & Kubernetes, Experience building scalable AI/ML and Data Pipelines. Preferred Skills: Agentic AI Experience, Multilingual AI Models, Contact Center / Dialer / CRM Platform Experience, Rasa, Coqui TTS, Vector Databases, SaaS Product Experience.
