We are hiring an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality and food safety operations in our sweets & bakery manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring quality control from raw material to finished product, leading audits, compliance, and regulatory coordination, managing customer complaints and corrective actions, overseeing product specifications, registrations, and final evaluations, and conducting food safety, hygiene, and medical trainings. Candidates must have an MPhil in Food Science & Technology, a minimum of 5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing (sweets & bakery preferred), strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, PS 3733-2022, MS1500, and food safety regulations, and excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills. The position is based in Gujranwala.
