At Hinesta Energy, we are building a 10 GWh LFP Battery Pack & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Manufacturing Plant in Gujarat, India and are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Supply Chain Lead to join our founding leadership team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the end-to-end supply chain strategy for LFP Battery Pack and BESS manufacturing, building and managing global supplier relationships for cells, BMS, PCS, EMS, enclosures, electrical components, and balance-of-system equipment, leading strategic sourcing, procurement, import-export operations, and logistics planning, driving cost optimization, inventory management, and supply risk mitigation strategies, developing vendor qualification and localization programs to support large-scale manufacturing, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure seamless execution. We are looking for experience in Battery Manufacturing, BESS, Renewable Energy, Electronics, Automotive, or Industrial Manufacturing, strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor development, and supply chain management, experience in managing global suppliers and international logistics, proven ability to build scalable supply chain processes in high-growth environments, and an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
