We are hiring a Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to join a growing transportation brokerage team in Grapevine, Texas. This role combines brokerage sales, account management, and freight operations exposure. Responsibilities include generating new freight opportunities, managing transportation accounts, developing freight pricing strategies, coordinating various freight types (Dry Van, Reefer, Drayage, Intermodal, Specialized, Over-Dimensional), collaborating with carrier and operations teams, resolving claims and service disruptions, and maintaining accurate records in TMS and CRM platforms. Qualifications: experience in freight brokerage, transportation sales, or logistics operations preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills; customer-focused mindset; ability to manage multiple accounts. Work onsite, full-time. Compensation $60,000-$125,000 per year.
