We are seeking a Projektingenieur TGA (m/f/d) for special projects including leisure pools, thermal baths, and ice sports facilities. You will independently manage technical building services (HVAC, sanitary, pool, and ice technology) planning and project management. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents and cost calculations, negotiating awards to subcontractors, and monitoring project progress with cost control and billing. Qualifications include a degree in building and energy engineering, supply engineering, or equivalent, with experience in TGA planning (LPH 1-3). Strong MS Office skills and very good German (C1) are required.
