We are seeking a Director of Talent Strategy & Insights to lead workforce analytics, talent forecasting, and strategic HR decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading talent strategy programs, building workforce forecasting models, analyzing hiring and retention trends, developing executive dashboards, supporting workforce planning decisions, partnering with HR leadership teams, driving data-driven insights, and improving talent intelligence systems. Requirements include strong analytics and HR strategy experience, workforce planning expertise, data modeling and forecasting skills, leadership and stakeholder management, and excellent communication abilities.
