We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to support enhancements and defect remediation for a recently developed Salesforce application. Required Skills: 6+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience, 6+ years of Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), 4+ years of Copado CI/CD experience, 5+ years of Jira experience, strong understanding of Salesforce configuration-first approach, experience writing unit tests and troubleshooting production issues, experience documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, technical designs, and defect fixes. Key Responsibilities: Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, and LWC components, follow Salesforce best practices and configuration-first methodology, utilize Copado for CI/CD deployments, collaborate with DevOps teams to debug and resolve issues, contribute to technical documentation and Jira user stories, support production enhancements and defect remediation.
