American IT Systems is seeking a highly experienced Business Architect – Fusion to lead and drive business design across a large-scale transformation program. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating models, and technology solutions, while enabling seamless delivery across multiple domains. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and business functions to shape transformation initiatives, define roadmaps, and ensure value-driven outcomes across the organization. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end business design across the Fusion program including processes, capabilities, and organizational models; ensuring alignment across HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Payroll; defining and managing target and transitional operating models; shaping and prioritizing demand into IT workstreams; developing business architecture roadmaps; engaging with senior stakeholders; and leading Business Analysts. Qualifications include a degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field and 10+ years of experience.
