Minimum requirements include 2 years as a frontline sales manager in B2B SaaS leading at least 5 AEs, 5+ years as an outbound quota-carrying IC, deal qualification fluency (MEDDPICC), and location in Germany. The compensation includes above-market total compensation with base salary, performance bonus/variable pay, and equity.
