We are seeking an experienced Chief Water Resources & Utilities Officer (CWRUO) to lead water supply systems, utilities infrastructure, resource management, and sustainability initiatives across a large public and private utilities organization. Key Responsibilities include overseeing water treatment, distribution, and utility infrastructure operations; driving efficiency, sustainability, and reliability of water resource systems; leading infrastructure development, maintenance, and modernization projects; ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations; managing risk, emergency response, and service continuity strategies; and building and leading high-performing utilities and engineering teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Resources Management, or related field; 15+ years of leadership experience in utilities, water management, or infrastructure operations; strong expertise in water systems, environmental compliance, and infrastructure planning; proven success managing large-scale utility networks; and exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
