Gain exposure to compliance and return filings, advisory and tax research, assessments and departmental matters, client interactions, company incorporation and ongoing compliance activities, board and committee meetings (agendas, minutes, documentation), statutory records and regulatory filings, corporate governance and legal documentation, LLP compliance and Companies Act matters, and IFSC/GIFT City regulatory framework.
