We are seeking a Controller (m/f/d) specializing in Risk Management in Banking for our partner company in Frankfurt am Main. Responsibilities include capturing and analyzing relevant risk data in bank-specific systems such as VR-Control, supporting the creation of risk reports and capital planning in a regulatory environment, actively participating in the development, execution, and validation of stress test scenarios, accompanying the annual risk inventory, preparing supervisory reports for internal and external stakeholders, and creating and maintaining internal guidelines to drive continuous process improvement. Qualifications include a completed commercial training (e.g., bank clerk) ideally with further training as a banking specialist or banking business economist, at least three years of professional experience in risk controlling or reporting in banking or financial services, a good understanding of regulatory requirements, proficiency in handling large data sets and advanced MS Excel skills, and analytical thinking, structured working methods, teamwork, and communication skills.
