We are seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer / Planner (TGA HLS) for a permanent role in Frankfurt am Main. Under a collective bargaining agreement, you will earn between €65,000 and €79,000 gross per year plus special payments, working a 37-hour week with 30 vacation days, flexible hours, and a long-term secure position. Responsibilities include design and execution planning for heating, ventilation, and sanitation systems, managing 10-15 residential and existing building projects, conducting site inspections, liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and tenants, cost estimation, bill of quantities, object supervision, acceptance, and invoicing per HOAI phases 1-9. Qualifications require a certified technician (HLS) or comparable technical background, experience in housing planning/construction management, familiarity with VOB and HOAI, MS Office and tendering software proficiency, German C1 or above, and a class B driving license.
