We are seeking a Fellowed General Practitioner (FRACGP/FACRRM) for a full-time role at Ochre Medical Centre Flinders Island. This Rural Generalist position involves delivering vital healthcare to a remote island community, including emergency and inpatient care. The role offers an exceptional combined income of approximately $570,000, comprising $400,000 in clinic billings and $170,000 in on-call VMO earnings. A $100,000 GP Incentive Package is spread over 5 years. Benefits include a fully provided house and car, $5,000 airfare allowance, and $2,000 CPD allowance. As an MMM7 practice, you qualify for the highest tier of rural WIP payments and HECS-HELP fee elimination. The ideal start date is from October 2026, with a flexible FIFO option to trial the island lifestyle before relocating in 2027. A $2,000 site visit grant is available for eligible applicants.
