We are hiring a Billing & Accounts Executive for Maintenance to efficiently handle maintenance coordination along with day-to-day accounting activities. The role involves handling maintenance-related documentation, vendor coordination, processing vendor bills and invoices, payment follow-ups, maintaining purchase records, recording accounting transactions in Tally, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, reconciling vendor accounts, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting in routine accounts and administrative tasks. Required skills include good knowledge of Tally, proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office, knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounting processes, strong communication and coordination skills, good analytical and organizational skills, and attention to detail. Candidates with 2-4 years experience in billing and accounts of maintenance, preferably in real estate or facilities management, are welcome to apply. Working hours are standard office hours. This is a full-time role based in Sarai, Faridabad.
