Role & Company / Project Overview: The Ace Services is expanding its estimation team and is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented US Estimation Pricing Expert to join on-site in Faisalabad. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and competitive pricing across various US construction estimation projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and competitive pricing across US construction estimation projects. • Execute detailed material and labor pricing assessments. • Apply pricing techniques and leverage industry pricing tools to prepare project estimates. • Align estimations with all standard CSI divisions and current market pricing trends. • Collaborate effectively with the broader US-focused estimation team. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US estimation and pricing. • Strong command of all pricing tools and techniques. • Proven expertise in material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. • In-depth understanding and solid grasp of all CSI divisions and current market pricing trends. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Faisalabad (On-Site). • Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site. • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
