The role offers an annual salary of €52,000-€60,000 across 13 monthly installments, along with personnel responsibility, 30 vacation days, and a key position between the workshop, customers, and service management. Responsibilities include accepting and coordinating workshop orders, planning and supervising repair work, supporting workshop employees with complex technical tasks, conducting final inspections of repairs, handing over vehicles and lift systems to customers, and providing telephone support for technical inquiries. Candidates must have completed vocational training as an agricultural/construction machinery mechatronics technician, commercial vehicle mechatronics technician, or automotive mechatronics technician with a master craftsman or technician qualification. Initial leadership experience is advantageous, and German language skills at C1 level are required, along with a valid Class B driver's license.
