• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in AI tools, GoHighLevel (GHL), and workflow automation. This is NOT a software developer or AI engineer position. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who knows how to use technology to improve daily business operations. Open exclusively to Egyptian candidates for a long-term part-time opportunity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage CRM pipelines, campaigns, and workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL). - Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, or n8n. - Use AI tools and LLMs to streamline business processes, research, and content workflows. - Configure and manage AI assistants and no-code/low-code AI agents. - Support SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data migrations. - Assist with online courses, memberships, and community operations. - Create SOPs, document processes, and troubleshoot workflow issues. - Handle general virtual assistance and administrative tasks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Previous experience in virtual assistance or business operations. - Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred. - Practical experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n. - Strong working knowledge of AI tools and LLMs. - Familiarity with AI agents, SaaS platforms, and CRM systems. - Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or coding is a plus. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Professional, proactive, and willing to learn. - Eligibility: Egyptian nationality/residence. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Fully remote – Egypt. - Employment Type: Part-time position. - Schedule: Flexible schedule with some international working-hour overlap. • Compensation & Benefits: - Long-term engagement opportunity. • Application Instructions: Submit your updated CV with subject 'Technical VA – Full Name' and provide detailed answers to the screening questionnaire regarding experience in VA/operations, GoHighLevel management, automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n), AI tools/LLMs, AI agents/workflows, SaaS platforms/CRM migrations, English proficiency level, current availability, expected monthly salary in EGP, and earliest possible start date.
