• Role & Company / Project Overview Sartevo is an early-stage company that builds WhatsApp and email lead-follow-up automation systems for businesses in Egypt and the Gulf. We are hiring our first freelance developer on a commission-only basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build, deliver, and maintain automation systems from 4 standard packages (Launch, Starter, Growth, Pro), in addition to custom systems tailored to specific client requests. - Implement robust error handling and retry mechanisms across automated workflows. - Serve as the sole responsible developer for assigned projects and manage incident response times efficiently. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Fluent English (written and spoken). - Conversational Arabic required (ability to hold a professional work conversation in Arabic). - Required technical skills: n8n, Airtable, API integrations, error handling and retries, WhatsApp API (360dialog). - Nice to have skills: NocoDB, Brevo, OpenAI API, Render. - Minimum commitment of at least 15 hours per week. - Committed response times during incidents. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Part-time / freelance project basis requiring at least 15 hours per week. - Remote work arrangement. • Compensation & Benefits - Commission-only structure (no fixed salary). - Build commission: A fixed percentage on every system built (packages or custom) paid after delivering the project fully to spec and receiving formal client acceptance. - Monthly maintenance commission: A percentage of the client's monthly fee, paid after each month ends for as long as the client stays. - Exact rates provided to shortlisted candidates following the execution of an NDA. • Application Instructions - Email your application with the subject line formatted as 'Developer - Your Name'. - Include: (1) One n8n project built (short description or link), (2) Weekly availability in hours and monthly project capacity, (3) The explicit confirmation statement: 'I understand the commission-only structure and it works for me.', and (4) A short paragraph introducing yourself in Arabic, along with one in English.
