• Role & Company / Project Overview WebLight Media is looking for a WordPress Web Operations & AI Specialist to join their marketing agency. This is not a traditional webmaster role; the position requires someone who can leverage AI agents and automation tools to monitor, audit, and report on a portfolio of client websites while possessing deep knowledge of the WordPress back-end. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Use AI agents to audit client websites, reviewing activity reports, plugin health, user lists, and server access logs - Manage and monitor multiple WordPress sites through InfiniteWP (IWP) - Run regular site audits using Screaming Frog and Ahrefs - Check plugin updates, catch errors, and proactively flag issues before clients notice them - Write clear, professional reports for clients detailing what was found and what actions were taken - Support DNS management and site setup tasks as trust and access build over time - Start with a small set of sites and expand management coverage as the working relationship grows • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong WordPress experience with in-depth knowledge of the back-end, not just the front-end - Familiarity with InfiniteWP or similar multi-site management tools - Experience using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or similar audit tools - Understanding of AI agents and how to apply them for site monitoring (beyond just content generation) - Ability to write professional, clear client-facing reports - Detail-oriented and proactive mindset with the ability to catch problems without prompt - C2 English proficiency (both written and spoken); all internal communication, meetings, and client-facing work are conducted entirely in English - Remote-ready setup with reliable internet connection - Nice to have: Experience with SiteGround or similar hosting platforms, basic DNS management knowledge, and background working with US-based agencies or clients • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Cairo, Egypt - Remote position in a full English work environment • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Apply via email with your CV, examples of websites you have managed or audited, contact details, and a short note explaining why you want this role.
