Role & Company / Project Overview: James Cubitt MENA is hiring a hands-on IT & AI Solutions Specialist in Cairo, Egypt. The specialist will manage IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and implement AI-powered solutions and workflow automation to improve overall business efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage day-to-day IT operations, technical support, and infrastructure administration (including Microsoft 365). • Strengthen organizational cybersecurity, networking protocols, and data backup & recovery processes. • Implement AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, APIs, and digital applications to streamline business workflows. • Independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective long-term solutions. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of relevant professional IT experience. • Proven experience in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, and technical support. • In-depth knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, data backup, and disaster recovery. • Practical hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, workflow automation, and digital application development. • Demonstrated ability to independently implement IT and AI-driven business solutions. • Industry experience within an architectural, engineering consultancy, or construction firm is considered an advantage.
