• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a skilled System Administration Specialist to join our Digital & Technology department in Egypt. In this role, you will help maintain, secure, and optimize our IT systems, ensuring reliable infrastructure and smooth business operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure. - Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability. - Troubleshoot system-related issues and ensure timely resolution. - Support system security, access management, updates, and patching. - Perform system backups, recovery activities, and preventive maintenance. - Maintain technical documentation and IT operational procedures. - Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues. - Support continuous improvement of system performance, security, and service delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2–3 years of relevant experience in System Administration and IT Infrastructure. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of system security, maintenance, and performance monitoring. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Egypt (Onsite/Office based as designated by Digital & Technology department). • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can apply by submitting an updated CV with the role mentioned in the subject line.
