Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an IT Specialist to join our technical team in Suez. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide end-user and infrastructure IT support. - Manage PC & Laptop maintenance, repair, and hardware troubleshooting. - Oversee Microsoft Office 365 administration and resolve technical issues. - Administer Active Directory, Domain Users, DHCP, DNS, and client operating systems. - Deliver support for cloud-based applications. - Monitor, process, and resolve incidents and requests via IT Support Ticketing Systems. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. - 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Administration & Troubleshooting. - Proven experience in PC & Laptop Maintenance. - Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Users, DHCP, DNS & Operating Systems. - Demonstrated experience in Cloud Applications Support. - Practical experience working with IT Support Ticketing Systems. - Candidates must be based in Suez. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. - Working Days: 5 days per week. - Weekends: Friday & Saturday off. - Location: Suez, Egypt (On-site). • Compensation & Benefits: - Net Salary: 15,000 EGP. - Social Insurance. - Medical Insurance. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates who meet the requirements are invited to submit their application.
