We are hiring an experienced Systems Engineer for the LTTS US Branch. The role involves leading system-level design, development, and integration across hardware, software, mechanical, and electrical domains for medical device products. Responsibilities include designing and reviewing hardware architectures (sensors, actuators, controllers, embedded systems), developing and validating precise XYZ multi-axis motion control systems with closed-loop feedback, collaborating with mechanical and software teams for seamless integration, driving system requirements, traceability, verification, validation, FMEA, fault analysis, and risk management. The position also requires supporting prototyping, debugging, system integration, product validation, working with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams for commercialization, and providing onsite technical support. Required skills include medical device development experience, control systems design and PID tuning, embedded systems and electronics, robotics/multi-axis motion control, sensors/motors/actuators, system integration and root cause analysis, FDA, IEC 60601, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 knowledge, and ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Good to have: MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, motion controller experience, precision positioning systems experience. Qualification: BS/MS in Systems or Electrical Engineering. Employment type: W2.
