We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with deep implementation expertise. This is a technically-led role requiring hands-on ability across integrations, Redwood UX customization, VBCS development, and AI-driven HCM workflows. The consultant will work directly with clients to design, build, and deliver enterprise HCM solutions. Technical Skills (Mandatory): 8+ years Oracle Fusion HCM hands-on experience; Techno-Functional experience — 70% technical, 30% functional; Java and SQL — Both required for scripting, integrations, and custom development; Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features within Fusion HCM; Redwood UX 26B: Page Composer, VBS, design tokens, Smart/Quick Actions; VBCS: REST API integrations, custom pages, event handlers, service connections; HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula (Core HR & Payroll); HDL and HSDL for mass data management; Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integration scenarios; REST and SOAP web services using Fusion HCM APIs.
