Key Requirements: 5+ years of professional Scrum Master experience, strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, experience working with .NET development teams, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, advanced experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, relevant Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
