They are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee full project lifecycle delivery from inception to handover while managing multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. Key Leadership Responsibilities: Leading full project lifecycle management and delivery, Overseeing budget control and cost management, Directing multidisciplinary team leadership and performance, Managing client and stakeholder relationships at executive level, Upholding quality, HSE, and compliance standards. Ideal Profile: 15+ years in project management and delivery, Proven track record on UAE or KSA mega projects, PMP certified or equivalent qualification, Strong experience in real estate or infrastructure sectors, Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
