We are hiring a Compliance Manager (UAE Company Formation Specialist) for Tulkun, a legal and immigration law firm based in Pakistan. The role involves handling end-to-end company formation and business setup in the UAE (Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore), ensuring compliance with UAE corporate laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with government authorities, free zones, banks, and regulatory bodies; preparing and reviewing incorporation documents, shareholder resolutions, and compliance records; conducting KYC, AML, and due diligence procedures; assisting clients with trade licenses, visa processing, corporate structuring, and regulatory approvals; maintaining compliance calendars and monitoring regulatory changes; and supporting corporate banking account opening processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field; Master's Degree, LLB, LLM, ACCA, CA, CFA, CAMS, ICA, or other compliance-related certifications preferred; 3-5 years of experience in UAE company formation, corporate services, compliance, or legal advisory; strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company regulations; familiarity with AML/CFT, KYC, ESR, UBO, and UAE Corporate Tax requirements; excellent communication and client management skills; proficiency in English (Arabic an advantage).
