We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Blue Collar Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions across various industries. Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments. Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Manage large-volume recruitment campaigns and meet hiring targets. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Coordinate documentation, onboarding, and mobilization processes. Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Blue Collar Recruitment. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Experience in high-volume hiring and overseas recruitment is an advantage.
