In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring financial performance, seamless execution, and rigorous contract management. We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving end-to-end delivery alongside reputed Main Contractors in the region. Core Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 10–15 years of specialized experience in the UAE/GCC. Extensive knowledge of authority regulations, techno-commercial operations, and EOTs/financial claims. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage resource allocations.
