Role & Company / Project Overview: A reputed Interior Fit-Out Company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team through Ontime UAE. The position focuses on overseeing site execution, manpower coordination, setting-out, and ensuring high-quality, zero-snag delivery on interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved plans, quality standards, and safety requirements • Allocate daily work to the labor force as per the work plan and line manager's instructions • Monitor site setting-out activities and ensure accurate execution of layouts • Maintain labor productivity records, attendance, timesheets, and overtime records • Coordinate manpower and resource requirements with the line manager • Report site progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the line manager • Coordinate with the stores team for material receipt, handling, and returns • Maintain records of materials received and returned from the site • Ensure proper maintenance and handling of tools, equipment, and plant • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors • Ensure laborers follow the latest installation and application methods • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications • Minimize material wastage and ensure proper use of tools and equipment • Support the team in achieving a "Zero-Snags" target • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, site rules, and safety procedures • Address site issues and escalate special requirements or concerns to the line manager Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience • Mandatory UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out projects • Strong site supervision and manpower coordination skills • Good organizational and communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks • Self-motivated and proactive approach • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates • On-site role Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: AED 8,000 per month plus benefits Application Instructions: • Send updated CV with subject line SS-FITOUT-01 to the designated recruitment contact.
