This full-time role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring work quality, progress, and safety compliance, preparing daily site reports, resolving technical issues, and managing manpower. Requirements include 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in joinery or interior fit-out, strong knowledge of joinery installation and finishing, ability to read shop drawings, and excellent leadership skills.
