The Estimation Manager is responsible for leading the estimation function for all construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimates, competitive tender submissions, and effective bid strategies. The role involves reviewing project specifications, drawings, and contract documents, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and managing the preparation of comprehensive cost estimates for civil, building, infrastructure, MEP, and fit-out projects. Core Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids for construction Projects. Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contract requirements. Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with client requirements. Develop accurate project budgets and pricing structures. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Analyze labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead costs. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct risk assessments and identify commercial opportunities. Evaluate contract conditions and highlight potential contractual risks. Coordinate with project teams during project handover. Support project teams during variation pricing and claims preparation. Prepare estimation reports for senior management. Implement best practices in estimation and tender management.
