The Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and quantity take-offs for civil construction projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing tender documents and project drawings, preparing BOQs and cost estimates, obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, analyzing project costs and identifying value-engineering opportunities, preparing tender and bid documentation, and coordinating with project and procurement teams. Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying, proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software, and strong analytical and numerical skills. Salary is AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month, based in Dubai, UAE.
