We are seeking a passionate and experienced Demi Chef de Partie with proven expertise in Seafood, Mediterranean, and Iraqi cuisine. Responsibilities include assisting the Chef de Partie in food preparation and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene, and operational standards, and can work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
