We are hiring for a new Seafood & Mediterranean / Iraqi Restaurant opening soon in Dubai. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef with proven expertise in Seafood, Mediterranean, and Iraqi cuisine. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in kitchen management, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of food quality, hygiene, and operational standards, and can work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
